‘Chinito’ photographs Juárez for 64 years (El Paso Times)

Hector Oaxaca Acosta has been taking pictures in Juárez since 1945. Acosta has photographed homicides, crushing poverty, sports heroes and presidents. He traveled to Mexico City last year to receive a prestigious national sports photography award, and he has been a fixture in sports journalism circles for decades.
